Lytton House is a therapeutic residential child care home in South West London for up to 8 young people of both genders with emotional and behavioural problems, aged between 13 – 18 yrs.

Our team has many years of experience in helping adolescents to overcome the effect of traumatic events however caused, and to help them adopt a more positive outlook on life and a greater sense of self-worth and of the value of relationships with others, leading to improved outcomes.

Our care environments are created and our staff are trained to provide safety for children suffering detachment, trauma and dissociation and are able to combine affection with challenge and patience with positive expectation.
